2.How do I order on EasyiPodshop?
The easiest way to order on EasyiPodshop.
Just follow these 6 simple steps:
1. Login to the EasyiPodshop shopping system. (Cookies must be enabled in your browser.)
2. Search or browse for products, and if you wish to buy an item, click Add to Cart.
3. On the Shopping Cart page, enter the quantity you want and click Update Cart to update the subtotal. Click Continue Shopping to shop for additional products or Checkout to begin the checkout process.
4. Check and confirm your address, write your comments if you have instructions to give. Choose the shipping method and click Continue.
5. Chose the payment method and click Continue.
6. Confirm your order, enter your payment information, and wait to hear from us!
3.Can you drop ship orders directly to my customers? How?
Yes, we can. In fact, this is a great way for you to have a far bigger selection of merchandise than you can possibly carry inventory for. Take orders from your customers and have the goods shipped directly from EasyiPodshop as if they came from you! You may even put our product images and descriptions on your own website so your customers can see what you have.
When you checkout from EasyiPodshop, click the checkbox that states Check this box to make this a drop shipment order. The checkbox is just below the Shopping Cart. A form will appear allowing you to enter your customer's delivery information. We will do our best to comply with your shipment and packaging instructions. In order to ship to multiple customers, or to a customer and yourself, you will need to create a separate order for each destination.
You may change an order online up until you click Confirm Order during checkout. Once you confirm, we will not process the order until we receive payment. So if you'd like to cancel the order, just don't send us payment and we won't process the order.
If you have already completed payment, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to make necessary arrangement with you.
5.What does my order status mean?
An order can have three possible statuses:
1. Incomplete - This means we have not received the information about your payment.
2. Processing - This usually means we are preparing and packing your order.
3. Shipped - This means your order has shipped.
4. Cancelled - This means your order has been cancelled.
6.Which payment methods do you accept?
EasyiPodshop.com only accepts PayPal account.
During checkout in EasyiPodshop, choose PayPal as the payment option. Once you click Confirm Order, you will be transferred to PayPal to enter the details of your payment. For your security, your account number and other financial information will remain securely with PayPal and not be communicated to us.
Simply click on My Account at the top of the site and log in if requested. Under Previous Orders, click the View button next to the order to see its current status.
For orders shipped via REGISTERED MAIL, visit the Hong Kong Post Office website to track whether your package has left for your country. You will need to provide the tracking number shown in your Order History. Postal services in many countries around the world also provide online package tracking where you can use the same tracking number to track your package. USA, Canada, Spain and Brazil are among these countries.
For orders shipped via EMS (SPEEDPOST), visit the Hong Kong Post Office website to track your order using the tracking number provided in your Order History. On this page, you can select the destination country and determine the shipping status at your local postal service website.
For orders shipped via UPS Express, visit the UPS Tracking Information page.
Note that tracking information is not available for orders shipped via Subsidized Air Transport.
